The works comprise custom-built cabinetry, wardrobes, vanities, wall cladding, feature shelving, TV units, doors, decorative timber elements, and other fixed joinery components manufactured in accordance with approved shop drawings and material specifications. Furniture works include the procurement and installation of high-quality loose and built-in furniture items for living, dining, bedroom, lounge, and ancillary spaces, carefully selected to complement the architectural and interior design intent. All materials, finishes, hardware, upholstery, and accessories shall conform to the approved design standards, ensuring durability, functionality, and aesthetic consistency throughout the villa.
